1. Asbestos Testing: We collect bulk samples of suspect building materials to identify the presence of asbestos in residential and commercial properties.
2. Asbestos Surveying: Detailed inspections to assess and document asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and their condition. We provide official survey reports so that you can acquire appropriate permits and proceed with your renovation and/or demolition projects.
3. Post-Remediation Air Clearance: Air quality testing following remediation efforts to determine if the levels of asbestos fibers in the regulated area are below the EPA clearance level of 0.01 fibers per cubic centimeter (f/cc).
